How To Hard Reset | Master Reset The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 SPH-L900 for Sprint

The Samsung SPH-L900 is the Galaxy Note II model for Sprint USA, Like any other Smartphone or Tablet, The Galaxy Note 2 SPH-L900 has many software problems, Some of those problems can be solved by Reflashing the device with its original firmware files, And some of them can be fixed by Master Reset (Factory Reset) operation, So in this guide we will talk about the second kind of software problems.

The Hard Reset | Master Reset operation is very useful when you are facing one of the following software problems:

- After installing bad or unsupported application into your Samsung mobile phone, Which causes your phone to be frozen.
- Your Samsung mobile phone doesn't respond to any order after booting because of any software errors.
- Forgotten pattern lock in Samsung Android mobile phones.
- Forgotten user code.
- Forgotten phone code.
- Before or after installing a new firmware update into your device.
- Before selling the device, To Wipe all your saved personal data.

What to do before the Hard Reset:

- But in case that is not possible, Then you can check that your phone's battery has enough charg level, Otherwise you should charge it, Before doing the Hard Reset.


Samsung Galaxy Note 2 SPH-L900 Hard Reset | Factory Reset Steps:

- Turn your Galaxy Note 2 L900 device off.

- Take out its battery, SIM-card and memory card too.

- Wait for 10 seconds, Then put the battery back into your phone, But do not turn it on.

- Press and hold the Volume Up key + the Home key then press the Power key.

- Keep pressing the above keys until Samsung logo appears,Then release the Power key only.

- When you get the Factory reset / System Recovery menu on screen, Release all keys.

- There are many options in this menu, But you need the Wipe Data / Factory Reset option.

- Use the Volume Down key to select Wipe Data / Factory Reset option.

- Use the Power key to confirm the operation.

- Use the Volume Down key again to select "Yes -- delete all user data"

- Use the Power key to confirm.

- After performing the hard reset, Select Reboot System Now option, And confirm it using the Power key.

- Now the phone will reboot, Wait for it to be fully on.

- Customize your Galaxy Note 2 SPH-L900 and start using it.


Notice: The Hard Reset / Factory Reset operation will delete anything that are saved in your phone's internal memory, So make a backup of your data in case you can access them.
